CITY OF DELAWARE: Electronics Recycling Drop-off to be held on January 4.

City of Delaware recently issued the following announcement.

Date: Saturday, 4 January 2020 

Time: from 08:00-12:00 EST

Location: 241 Cherry St, Delaware, OH 43015-3093, United States

Details

The City of Delaware, in partnership with the Delaware General Health District and the DKMM Solid Waste District, is pleased to offer City of Delaware residents the opportunity to recycle their electronics in exchange for LED bulbs and LED string lights this January.

Proof of residency required (utility bill or license)

All items free to recycle except TVs and CRT monitors

Fees for the TVs payable by cash or check only

Not accepting alkaline batteries or appliances containing Freon (such as refrigerators)

Limit one LED giveaway per household, while supplies last

Items such as music players, cell phones, laptops, vacuums, microwaves, cables, and chargers are all accepted. For a complete list of items, contact the Public Utilities Department.
