Smyrna (Kent County) home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Smyrna in Kent County rose by $5,900 while total sales increased by 2.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 245 homes sold, with a median sale price of $224,900 - a 2.7% increase over the $219,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 239 homes sold in Smyrna in the second half of 2018.
