Wyoming home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Wyoming rose by $13,410 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,500 - a 8% increase over the $167,090 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Wyoming in the fourth quarter of 2018.
