In the second quarter of 2023, nine Food and Cosmetics companies received nine FDA inspections in Delaware, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Food and Cosmetics companies FDA inspections were the only type of inspections made in Delaware during the second quarter of 2023.

Of all the Delaware companies involved in the Food and Cosmetics sector, All Peoples Food, LLC and Henretty's Crab Cakes received the most citations from the FDA in the second quarter of 2023.
