The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) has announced the second meeting of the Newton Road Corridor Study Advisory Committee. This meeting is scheduled to take place at Woodbridge High School, located at 14712 Woodbridge Rd, Greenwood, on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

The meeting will be conducted in a hybrid format. Advisory committee members are encouraged to attend in person, while the public is invited to participate virtually. All materials related to the meeting will be made available on the day of the event, and a video recording will also be accessible.

The agenda for the meeting includes several key points: "I. Welcome / Introductions (5 min); II. Existing Conditions / Analysis Findings (10 min); III. Preliminary Recommendations (20 min); IV. Public Workshop / Engagement (20 min); V. Next Steps (5 min)." The next advisory committee meeting is tentatively planned for late April or early May, with a public workshop scheduled for April 1st.
